Farid’s responsibilities is to identify International market through meeting, networking and other channel. Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships. Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies. He monitor sales and track relevant KPIs to evaluate the business strategy and optimise it for more sales. Business development as his designation now is to grow the leverage marketing tactics and outreach for lead generation and use their negotiation skills to build long-term relationships and close contracts with potential clients

Rizki Intan Rijani (Kiki) is our Finance & Administration Staff. Kiki has responsibility for all financial tasks, processing invoices, payroll, maintaining digital records of financial documents. She is also responsible for making financial analysis and report on monthly basis to Company Management. She has strong digital skills to operate all software and business technology in the company. Ranjit Adhikari is one of our talented and dedicated trekking guide who has more than 8 years experience in Mountaineering field in Himalaya. Ranjit is a friendly, ast response person & has Excellent knowledge about Nepalese history, geography, culture and tradition. He is very responsibilities for guiding our clients assessing the fitness level of our clients, providing proper equipment and supplies what our clients need during the trip, and quick response in prioritizing the safety in challenging situation in mountain. He has grown in mountain area which has made him very well known and understand what people need during mountaineering trip. Ranjit has broad knowledge about the three parts of Nepal areas:
1. Terai is the southern and lowest part of Nepal with altitudes between 60-1,000m.
2. Hilly region has altitudes between 1,000-3,000m.
3. Mountain region has altitudes between 3,000-8,848m.

He is very well trained senior trekking guide who always provides valuable support and assistance to our clients ensuring their safety and helping them navigate the challenging terrain of the Himalayas. He is an experienced professional who has extensive knowledge of the local culture, geography and terrain. He is a specially trained and experienced professional Mountaineer for more than 10 years in Himalaya region serving as guide at the extreme altitude mostly for mountain climbing above 5000m altitude peaks and passes in the region. Pemchhiri is also strong Expert in the mountain terrain and advanced Mountaineer. His knowledgeable skill and experience are greatly helpful when our Clients plan to climb in High Altitude Mountain Peaks such as Island Peak, Lobuche Peak, Mera Peak, Mt. Everest and many others. He is considered as a High-Level Climbing Expert who has certified skills in first aid, altitude/mountain sickness prevention and rescue protocol training and experiences
