Allocate sufficient time for acclimatization to prevent altitude sickness. Itineraries should include rest days at higher altitudes.

Weather Considerations:
Given the unpredictable Himalayan weather, flexibility in scheduling and buffer days in the itinerary are advisable for helicopter flights.

Permits and Guides:
Secure necessary permits, such as Sagarmatha National Park permits, through a reputable trekking agency. Consider having a guide or porter-guide for navigation, safety, and cultural insights.

Safety and Health:
Be aware of altitude sickness symptoms and adhere to proper acclimatization guidelines. Travel insurance covering high-altitude trekking and helicopter evacuations is highly recommended.

Prices vary based on included services. Compare packages from reputable agencies to find the most suitable option.
